2.1 The Seller provides personalised letters in digital and/or physical formats.
2.2 Product descriptions and imagery are offered as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur.
2.3 Personalised items may vary slightly from sample displays due to creative interpretation.

3. Artist Creative Style & Creative Privilege
3.1 All letters are written according to the artist’s unique writing style, tone and creative aesthetic.
3.2 By purchasing a letter, the customer accepts the artist’s creative discretion in interpreting the brief.
3.3 Creative differences do not constitute a defect under the ACL and do not qualify for a refund.

4. Recreational Purpose Disclaimer
4.1 All letters supplied by the Seller are intended for recreational, entertainment and sentimental purposes only.
4.2 The content of the letters should not be interpreted as advice, professional guidance or factual documentation.
4.3 The Seller accepts no responsibility for how the customer uses or relies upon the creative content beyond its intended recreational purpose.

5. Personalisation Requirements
5.1 The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personalisation details.
5.2 The Seller is not liable for errors or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect customer information.
5.3 Work begins only once all necessary information has been provided.

6. Ordering and Processing Times
6.1 Orders are processed after full payment has been received.
6.2 Processing timeframes are outlined on product pages but may vary.
6.3 If additional information is required from the customer, processing times commence once that information has been received.

7. Delivery
7.1 Digital letters are delivered via email or download link; the customer must provide a valid email address.
7.2 Physical letters are shipped to the address supplied. Delivery times are estimates only.
7.3 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or customs processes.
7.4 Any taxes, duties or import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
8.1 Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
8.1.1 Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
8.1.2 Customers are entitled to repair or replacement for non-major failures.
8.1.3 These rights cannot be excluded.
8.2 Digital Products
8.2.1 Due to the personalised and digital nature of the goods, refunds or cancellations cannot be provided once work has begun or files have been delivered, unless required under the ACL.
8.2.2 Creative dissatisfaction does not constitute a fault under the ACL.
8.3 Physical Products
8.3.1 Faulty or damaged goods caused by the Seller will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with the ACL.
8.3.2 Evidence (e.g., photos or video) may be required prior to assessment.
8.3.3 Errors caused by customer-supplied information are not considered defects.
8.4 Change of Mind
8.4.1 The Seller is not required to offer “change of mind” refunds under the ACL.
8.4.2 Change of mind includes creative dissatisfaction, stylistic preference disagreements or unmet personal expectations.

9. Payment Terms
9.1 Payment must be made in full at checkout.
9.2 Prices are subject to change; confirmed orders are not affected.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All written content, artwork, templates and designs remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
10.2 The customer receives a licence for personal use only.
10.3 Strictly No Printing or Redistribution:
10.3.1 Digital letters must not be printed, copied, screenshotted, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10.3.2 Customers must not share, forward or upload letters online.
10.3.3 Resale, commercial use or adaptation is strictly prohibited.
10.4 Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution may result in legal action.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Personal information is collected solely for order fulfilment and communication.
11.2 The Seller does not share personal data except when required for payment processing, delivery or legal compliance.
