Ciao Ciao! I'm Carissa, but you can call me Tulip or Rissa. I'm a passionate photographer, writer and creative director. I started this page to talk more about the things I love and to laugh, to chat, to cook and write about the world around me.

I'm 24 years old and my fondest memories are of my childhood as a Sicilian-Australian, learning to count uno to due, how "mangia mangia" was the cue to come eat and how my nunna still makes the best pasta I've ever tasted.

I have a goal - an ultimate dream. Given my chronic health conditions, sometime in the future I will no longer be able to sustain full-time work. As I ease into my businesses being my future, I want to share my story and encourage hope . My letters and products are created from the perspetive of having a letter written to you at your time of need.

The Little Sil houses many things for me. I'm not a creative of one focus so I'll share everything I'm passionate about. From watching my gardens change to cooking a hearty meal or sharing a piece of my poetry, welcome to my cozy nook.
